Wheat-Free Cookies from Apple's Bakery

Apple's Bakery has expanded its line of products to include gluten-free cookies, suitable for those with gluten intolerance, wheat allergy and celiac disease. On the photo is an assortment of chocolate chip, Butterscotch Walnut, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut and Dried Cranberry White Chocolate cookies:

They also have gluten-free Chocolate Cherry Ranch Fudge Cookies, Lemon Drop Cookies and Dusty Miller Molasses/Spice Gem Cookie Combo. According to a local news report about the bakeshop:

The gluten-free cookies are made in a separate kitchen, cooked in ovens only used for foods without wheat flour and packaged individually so that cross contamination does not occur.

The ingredient lists are published online. Unfortunately, these cookies are not suitable for those with allergies to egg, milk and nuts.
