Visine-A for Eye Allergy Relief

Have you tried Visine-A for fast relief from your eye allergies? I've used the original Visine before and it did help relieve itchy eyes somewhat, but I wonder how much faster Visine-A works in comparison. It contains pheniramine maleate, an antihistamine, so it's supposed to work much faster in alleviating allergy symptoms in the eye that oral antihistamines would. It's indicated for adults and children at least 6 years old to relieve itchy, red eyes due to: pollen, ragweed, grass, animal hair and dander.
