As a segue to my previous post on the use of medications, particularly of epinephrine injections, I've found this video on the proper use of the Twinject® epinephrine auto-injector.
The video clip is quite clear (although if that was a real situation, I'm sure the mother would be more distraught and in a panic)and the instructions do seem simple enough to follow. It helps that all those instructions are printed on the injector itself, but for visual people like me, it help to see an instructional video about it. Still, the question that nags me: when can do this on his/her own, in case a reaction happens and there's no one else around?
