Veggie Wash for an Allergy-Free Christmas Tree
Filed in archive Hay Fever by ruth on December 18, 2006

yet, worried that it might trigger your allergies, here's a story that might inspire you:My son and I have suffered yearly from allergies when we bring our freshly cut Christmas tree into the house. We tried rinsing it off and letting it dry in the garage before setting it up, but the allergies still whacked us.
Last week, after we cut the tree and brought it home, we sprayed it thoroughly with a natural fruit and vegetable cleaner made of citrus, corn and coconut. We left the cleanser on for five minutes before spraying it off with water and letting the tree dry overnight in the garage. We have had no allergies to the tree this time!
Unfortunately, I have no idea what brand this specific fruit and veggie cleaner could be. Can anyone guess?
