You might be surprised in getting Black Bean Enchilada Whole Meal instead of the cheese variety when you open the package, and even if you don't mind, you'd better refrain from eating it if you're allergic to soy proteins.
How do you know identify the mislabeled packages?
The 9.0-oz. frozen product comes in a retail package labeled Cheese Enchilada Whole Meal (UPC 42272 00057), with lot number B216A embossed on a side panel and printed on the overwrap.
They estimate less than 160 packages out of the 24,312 produced on that day may actually contain mislabeled product. Amy's Kitchen is withdrawing 4,320 meals of the product from states in the Eastern time zone.
If you are allergic to soy protein, you're entitled to a refund. Call collect at (707) 578-7753, or at (707) 578-7270. If you don't have soy allergies, you may either make do with the black bean, or ask for a refund. Your call.
