Tropicana® Healthy Heart with Omega-3: Not for the Fish Allergic
Janeen of Our Story, a mother of a boy with multiple food allergies alerts us of possible allergic reactions to the new formulation of Tropicana® Healthy Heart , particularly to those with fish allergies.

This orange juice is fortified with omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish. The ingredient label of the product indicates:
100% pure pasteurized orange juice and MEG-3* (fish oil and fish gelatin).
*Ingredient not found in regular orange juice
Contains tilapia, sardine and anchovy

Heart-healthy as it may be, this orange juice may not be safe for those who are highly allergic to fish.
