Tofutti Soy-Based Dairy Free Alternatives

Here's another product that will surely be welcome on the tables of those who have milk allergies, intolerances, or simple prefer to live dairy-free: Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese. They are egg-free, too, but are soy-based, so if you have soy intolerances, obviously, they are not suitable for you. You can use it as spread or as dips (I wonder if it can be used to make cheesecake?) or in cooking sauces.

It's amazing how these substitute foods have changed and how good they taste. It wasn't like that in the 80's. They have evolved for sure.

Tofutti is made in a factory with milk, I know that they go beyond in cleaning but I still prefere Yoso as it is made in a dairy free plant.
