While it's too late for immunotherapy, the most you can do is to reduce exposure to absolute minimum. Check with your allergist which medication is best for you to manage your symptoms. It's a year old, but ragweed allergy is an annual condition that peaks at this time of the year, so it doesn't really matter. When this season is over, consult your allergist and find out if immunotherapy (allergy vaccines) is something you could try in preparation for next year's allergy season. It does take several weeks for the protection to kick in, so better consult your doctor now.
