I saw an ad for StuckOnYou while I was browsing through a parenting magazine and made a mental note to order some. I need to label my son's school stuff and thought StuckOnYou's designs were cool. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they actually have a wide range of products, for all labeling tasks you can possibly think of, including allergy-free vinyl labels. I can't link to it directly, but if you click the "personalized stickers" tab, you should be able to see it in the list. You can personalize your labels with icons that indicate "peanut free", "dairy free" and "egg-free".
Aside from these stickers, they also have Skinprints (removable tattoos), Stick-with-Me Wristbands and other stick-on or iron-on labels which would both have been great if one could personalize the printed message to indicate a child's food allergies.
Check it out!
