Psorizide: Oral Treatment for Nickel Allergies
I came across a press release announcing that a new homeopathic drug against nickel allergies has been released into the market. According to the official website of the manufacturer, Plymouth Pharmaceuticals,
PSORIZIDE® Forte is a biochemical compound consisting of nickel sulfate, potassium bromide and fumaric acid that is effective in the treatment of contact dermatitis due to nickel (metal/jewelry allergy), dyshidrotic hand/foot eczema, and psoriasis.

Apparently, the drug works similarly to the immunotherapy treatment for hay fever desensitizing shots, except that it's Psorizide(R) Forte is administered orally. Initially, very small doses of the allergic substance (nickel) is administered, and the dose is gradually increased, thus increasing the tolerance level of the patient to nickel.

It does sound good, although I know that there are many doctors who are still skeptical of homeopathy.
