Product Alert: Publix Recalls Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Publix Super Markets is recalling refrigerated packages of Publix Chocolate chip cookie Dough (18 oz. 'Chub' size), with a date code of 17 Sept. 2006 and an item code (UPC) of 41415-00703.
The label does not indicate that the product may contain pecan nuts and may therefore cause serious allergic reactions among those with pecan nut allergies.
The product was sold at Publix stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.
