This voluntary recall affects products with the following UPC and manufacturing code: Lot# 931AB5YN07 (UPC code 47677 13943).
This voluntary recall is limited to this specific lot number (931AB5YN07) and was distributed only in the United States, and specifically to the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.
