Product Alert: Affy Tapple Limited Edition Classic Candy Flavors

Affy Tapple, LLC has issued a voluntary recall on its "Limited Edition Classic Candy Flavors" two-pack of caramel apples because the labels did not include the allergen statement "manufactured on shared equipment with peanuts and tree nuts."
The recall applies only to the “Limited Edition â€" Classic Candy Flavors” two-pack caramel apple, UPC code of 34986-13000 with a “Best By” date on or before 10/15/09.
If you or your family have allergies to peanuts and tree nut allergies and have purchased these apples, you may return them to the point of purchase for a refund. Questions specifically related to this recall can be answered by calling 847-929-6534.
