02 RHG Asthma Call-1 - Twango Here's the link to the recently conducted conference call participated by a few bloggers together with allergy and asthma experts, Mike Tringale from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and Dr. William Storms, A Clinical Professor from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and from the William Storms Allergy Clinic.
The discussion touched the following topics:

  • definition of asthma

  • IgE and specific IgE testing

  • Xolair

  • traditional medicine

  • schooling

  • peanut allergy vaccine

  • outgrowing asthma


Pity I was not able to participate. I was invited as well, but as I'm on the other side of the Atlantic, I just didn't think I would be able to contribute much to the discussion at 3 am in the morning!
