The Michigan Allergy season has officially kicked off and my daughter has just started with her allergy symptoms about 2 days ago. The funny thing about people with allergies, including myself, is that when you first get your allergy symptoms, you always seem to think that your coming down with a cold... I started using a Neti Pot about 2 years ago. For those that don't know what Neti Pot is, you can Google it to find some sites that will give you a live video demonstration of how to use your Neti Pot. The idea is to fill your Neti Pot up with luke warm water and a saline solution; tip your head over the bathroom sink and insert the spout into one nostril and let it come out the other one. This is how you can wash away any dust, pollen, mites, etc from your nasal passage ways, along with help any inflamation from any sinuses. I swear by my Neti Pot and use usually, twice a year and have not had any colds either... The other thing that I use, are natural pure herbs each morning along with using my Neti Post oppossed to take OTC medication that can make you drowsy. I would be curious to see your opinon and comments on the Neti Pot as most people do not know what this is... Thanks,
