Moving Houses is Bad for My Allergies
Filed in archive Hay Fever , Insect Allergies , Mold Allergy on April 27, 2007
As I write this entry, shipping boxes lay open across our flat. We're relocating in a couple of months, and we've started packing. If you've ever moved residences, you know how grueling a task moving is. And the dust! Arrrgh! Books, toys, clothes, and so many other things that seem to have escaped wiping in the last five years, now all getting unearthed to be packed into boxes. We're a family of bookworms, and I'm not exactly the exemplary housewife, so you can imagine the dust (and dust mites!) that have accumulated in the nooks and corners over the years. I would have enjoyed this exciting chapter in our lives, if only I don't have to make too many pauses. I swear, I probably could've packed this whole house in half the time without these sneezing fits!
Excuse me while I pull another tissue...! :(
