professional golfer Jill McGill suffers from allergies but that didn't help her from pursuing golf, and recording more than 20 top 10 finishes since she started touring with the LPGA in 1996.
She says, "I'm allergic to almost everything that you see in green. When I went to my allergist to get my skin prick test on the back, he came back and said I think you're in the wrong profession. There isn't one that didn't come back positive."

McGill's allergies have been so bad at times she's needed to shove tissues up her nose just to complete a round.

With the help of an allergist, McGill finally found a stronger oral antihistamine that she now takes daily, regardless of the weather. She calls it her pre-emptive strike.

And that's what she urges people with allergies to do: to challenge your course and seek professional help for your nasal allergies. Jill McGill and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) have teamed up with UCB and sanofi-aventis to launch the Challenge Your Course campaign. Check it out!
