Check out their forum on allergies, where there are exchanges about all types of allergies. There are definitely lots of nuggets of info in there.
As for the book, I see it has gotten good reviews from parents who have purchased it. I've signed up at Wego and will wait and see if they can ship my free copy all the way here in Asia. If not, I'll definitely get myself a copy.

Ruth, that book is my favorite book for food allergies. I highly recommend it to all new "allergy parents". It's the first book I read when I found out about my sons allergies and it saved our lives. Looking forward to seeing you over at WEGO.
