Jeeto! Food Allergy Patch Collection
Filed in archive Food Allergies , Gadgets and Tools Against Allergies , Living with Allergies on June 24, 2006
Previously, I featured a manufacturer of children's clothing bearing tags declaring that the wearer has allergies, and in case of emergencies, instructions for first-aid can be found inside the shirt. I mentioned however, that it would have been better if the tags were detachable, so we can attach to other shirts as well. Well, I found one alternative that's not exactly reusable, but is already one step ahead: Jeeto!'s allergy patches and stickers.
You don't have to buy the clothing articles (although they also sell them), just the patches this time, which you can sew onto to any piece of garment, or even on bags. There are five tags available:
- no peanuts please
- no tree nuts please
- dairy free
- egg free
- gluten free
The patches are about 3 inches in diameter, or 3x3 in, and cost "12.95 for a pack of three.
My only problem with this is, what if, as in my son's case, a child has allergies to milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and egg?!?

Thank you very much for the add. It means a ton to us as we are just a small family run business.
Actually my son is allergic to Dairy, egg and peanuts. Yes the patches and stickers can canvas a backpack, but they sure do make a statement. See we did have the combo of dairy and egg but we quickly realized its different across the board.
For your readers I can offer up a discount code for 10% anything Jeeto!. Enter "allergy" at checkout.
Thanks!
