Guardian Angel Foods: Nut-, Milk, and Egg-Free Cakes and Breads

I'm no great cook to begin with, but I find it extra difficult to achieve really great-tasting, almost "normal" looking cakes and baked goodies using allergy-friendly substitutes for certain ingredients. My finished products look and taste ok, at best. No way near delectable or mouthwatering. No way near the treats from Guardian Angel Foods, a confectionery based in Quebec, Cancada.

These are the kind of cakes that are safe for people with dairy, egg and nut allergies, but doesn't look like a compromise. You can proudly serve these to guests who are NOT allergic, and I'm sure they won't even miss their usual bakes treats made with eggs and milk. Wish our local grocer carried their products.

Note, though, that their products contain soy and wheat, so if you have allergies to these, then sorry, but they're not for you.
