Food Allergy Safe Recipes from 'Must Follow Recipes'

Must Follow Recipes is a food blog written by Becky, offering recipes free from milk, eggs, and peanuts. The recipes sounds like the "normal" recipes, but using alternatives to these food allergens instead. For example, check out her Chewy Non-Peanut Butter Brownies, an adaptation of a recipe found in All Recipes. She used Sunbutter instead of peanut butter.

Check out the rest of her blog for more. With the right alternatives, and little bit of tweaking here and there, noraml recipes can indeed be modified to be allergy-safe!

Those are some excellent food allergy recipes. You can also check out the food allergy network which is a directory of restaurants, food manufacturers and products that cater to people with food allergies. We are going to be adding recipes to the site in the near future.

Thanks for the "advertisement"! :) I think you did a good brief summary of my recipe blog. I do basically take "normal" recipes and just convert to make them safe for the whole family.
