Those are some excellent food allergy recipes. You can also check out the food allergy network which is a directory of restaurants, food manufacturers and products that cater to people with food allergies. We are going to be adding recipes to the site in the near future.

Thanks for the "advertisement"! :) I think you did a good brief summary of my recipe blog. I do basically take "normal" recipes and just convert to make them safe for the whole family.
