I came across this dairy-free lasagna recipe from Lisbeth Votruba, made with tofu, mild Italian sausage, frozen spinach and prepared marinara sauce. It's perfect for those with milk or dairy allergies as it's cheese free.
Here are what you'll need:
7 ounces ( 1/2 package) firm tofu
1 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 package (12 ounces) no-cook or oven-free lasagna noodles
2 jars (24 ounces, each) Barilla marinara sauce
See the full article for detailed instructions on how to bake it.
Should you have allergy to wheat, or suffer from celiac disease, you might also want to use Semolina Soy Lasagna Pasta, which you can get for $3.49 from Amazon.

I want to make this dairy free lasagna recipe but I cannot get the directions on how to make it. I have the ingredients list but not the direction. Does anyone have those?
