Gadgets and Tools Against Allergies

I was looking for something totally different in Amazon and I encountered this listing for a ">hypoallergenic pillow. What caught my attention was the "Always Fresh" on the packaging, as if the pillow would self-clean or something. Still, when I read the product description, the last part made me confused: "Medicare Billing Code X-NOCODE".
Does that mean allergy-related stuff can be billed against Medicare? Does your health insurance cover bills such as this? What about other allergy-products then, like vacuum cleaners, air filters and such? And what about tax-exemption? Do these expenses qualify? I am sooo ignorant about these!
