Yes, that's pizza on the photo. Vegetarian, and gluten-free. I haven't got the recipe, but I know where you can get it: located at 800 First St., Suite A, West Des Moines, the resto is aptly called Beyond the Grain.

The West Des Moines eatery, which has six employees and seats 42, specializes in foods that can be tolerated by people with gluten allergies, vegetarians and diabetics. The restaurant has a full menu, including pastries, pizza, sandwiches, pasta and seafood.

Imagine going to a restaurant, not a simple task for anybody with food allergies, and being able to eat anything you want. Pizza, sandwiches, pies, muffins, cookies, cakes. No need to screen, no need to think, just follow what your tastebuds say.
