In summer, pollens are your biggest enemies, Now that winter is here, you think that once you've sealed your home from the external elements, you'd be breathing freely, without allergy bouts? Well, that depends on how you've reduced indoor allergens in your home.

Allergy UK offers 20 tips to minimize your indoor allergies this winter. Since you spend a lot of time in your bedroom, it is important to use the mattresses, pillows, beddings, etc., that make it less attractive for house dust mite and molds.

Remember to not to overheat your rooms and keep it below 25C/77F to prevent to growth of dust mites. Vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters can also help you eliminate dust mites, dander and mold in your home. Make sure that you wash fabrics regularly, as well as damp places where molds may grow - bathrooms, kitchens, and your fruit basket.
