AllergyKids: For Identifying Children With Allergies

There are allergy bands, tagged garments, and most recently, I featured Jeeto patches (which still offers a 10% discount for you Allergizer readers). All of these products have a common purpose: to let people know of the wearer's allergies and therefore prevent an incident that can result to serious symptoms, in some cases, even to anaphylactic shock. One mistake, one incident, and it can be the last. And because small children cannot be relied on to be on the alert for offending items all of the time, visible reminders such as these tags and patches are helpful.
Another in this line of products are those from AllergyKids. Decals, stickers, wristbands, lunch sacks... all especially designed for the child with food allergies. Here's a video about AllergyKids product line:
I'd like to emphasize that last part of the video: Such visual aids to identify kids with allergies not only help minimize our worries, but are also an immense help to teachers, caregivers and other people with whom we leave our children with.
