The mixes were formulated by Patsy who developed food allergies as an adult in 2000. Thanks to her efforts, you can now bake desserts and treats for your food allergic family and friends without having to scour the city for alternative ingredients. Not only are they safe, they're also time-savers and convenient. Currently, Cherrybrook's Kitchen line of products includes mixes for cakes, brownies, cookies, pancakes, muffins and frosting. They also have a wheat/gluten free line.

Yes, we love these mixes. We have always have a batch frozen for birthday parties or the random outing when we can't guarantee safe snacks. Today, we took an excursion to a local coffee shop and brought Cherrybrook Kitchen cupcakes with us.
