Here's another bakeshop where you can get gluten, casein (milk), corn, soy and nut free baked goodies: Liberty Bakery.

Liberty Bakery is a dedicated gluten, casein, corn, soy and nut free bakery located in the Oviedo area of Central Florida. Both owners are mothers of children with autism who have been pursuing dietary intervention as a treatment option. Liberty Bakery believes in delivering delicious baked goods free of the most common allergens at a reasonable price. We will strive to expand our product lines and also develop products to cater to those allergies we do not yet have the expertise to accomodate. It is our mission to provide delicious food we all can enjoy.

Liberty Bakery has not shipped our order and so now our son does not have cupcakes to take to school for his birthday as is customary. Liberty Bakery will not return any phone calls or emails. I have no idea why they would do this, since I have not talked to them since I placed the order 3 weeks in advance. Do not disappoint your child and order from this bakery. We are so disappointed.
