I've found a series of videos on VideoJug, featuring Dr. Harold Kaiser, a practicing allergist and clinical professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School. In 7 question-and-answer formatted videos, Dr. Kaiser discusses the allergy basics, allergy detection, allergy prevention, allergy treatment, allergy basics for the patient, childhood allergies and other common allergies. Excellent videos. Very informative, and Dr. Kaiser explains things very clearly. I could use more videos like this!
