Allergy- Safe Cookies... for Me?

Over the years, there has been an increasing number of businesses catering for people with food allergies and other intolerances. I say, hurray! They all help make the lives of food allergic people a bit easier, a bit more "normal". Here's another bakery that offers gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free and dairy-free cookies and treats: Cookies... for Me?



Like most food-allergy inspired shops, Chef Jamie is a mother to a child with multiple food allergies. She offers classic cookies and brownies -- a staple in any normal child's diet -- that are safe for children (and adults) with allergies to gluten, milk, nuts and eggs.

I know that most moms of kids with food allergies have tried at some point or another to bake and cook food for their kids because the ones available in the market just aren't suitable. But for parties, gifts, or maybe just for those times you'd rather not toil in the kitchen, it's nice to know there are now lots of options available out there.
