As a segue to the previous entry referring to food items that help fight allergies, here are 8 superfoods-- specific food items that have been documented to be especially good in helping our bodies cope with allergies.
1. Apples
2. Borage oil, black currant seed oil, and evening primrose oil
3. Canola oil
4. Cold-water fish
5. Magnesium-rich foods
6. Olive oil
7. Spices
8. Zinc-rich foods
What make these food items good for combating allergies is basically their anti-inflammatory properties and that they boost the immune system. Obviously, these food items are recommended, unless you display allergies or oral allergy syndrome to these items.
