These awards were created to honor individuals or corporations who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make a difference in the lives of children with food allergies.
There are four categories to these awards:
- School (Food Service Staff, Board Member, or School Staff)
- Food Industry Representative (Food Service, Restaurant, or Grocery Store)
- Health Professional (Food Scientist, Allergist, or dietitian)
- Community Service (Individual, Civic Organization, or Support Group Leader)
If you have someone in mind, you can download the nomation form and submit your forms by January 16, 2007. Here are FAAN's contact info:
